This brand new Elos system features a number of different applications rolled into one – with the capacity to treat common skin conditions such as acne, as well as reform and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. This unique device also has the inbuilt technology to safely and effectively remove unwanted hair, minimize pigmentation, and is suitable for use across a broad range of skin types and hair colors.
Safe and Comfortable
The Elos eStyle offers you the chance to expand the range of treatments on offer – all featured within a single compact unit. The device has been clinically proven to deliver results and is CE marked, for extra peace of mind. Treatments are comfortable, and all patients will normally encounter is a slight prickly feeling or warm sensation in the area being treated – all of which is kept to a minimum courtesy of the in-built cooling mechanism within the unit.
Syneron’s eStyle combats wrinkles by using the combined energy of bi-polar radio frequency and intense pulsed light, to heat the dermal tissue within the target treatment area. These two technologies work together to combat unwanted pigmentation in the skin, due to over-exposure to the sun, as well as fine wrinkles.
This also has the effect of stimulating collagen production, which has a firming effect on skin. In this way, wrinkles are reduced – and you will see a significant ‘lifting’ effect too, with skin appearing visibly smoother, more radiant, and toned.
What does Treatment consist of?
An initial consultation should be carried out to establish what the skin problem is, as well as to determine skin type. Sometimes skin will need to be prepared several weeks in advance with special creams, in order to reduce any risk of pigmentation and increase the skin’s potential to respond to treatment. During treatment a conductive gel will be applied, and the applicator is put in contact with the skin, releasing the IPL-RF energies. Depending on the nature and extent of the problem, a course of 5-6 treatments will be required for optimum results, at one to two month intervals.
